Bump targets from ES2020 to ES2022, update moduleResolution to "bundler" for tsconfigs (modern standard for bundler-consumed libraries) and Node16 for build scripts. Remove unused genDir: "aot" from angularCompilerOptions. Clean up stale .gitignore entries.
