feat(branch-io): sync wrapper with branch-cordova-sdk v6.6.1 API

Add missing methods (enableTestMode, setLogging, getStandardEvents, crossPlatformIds, lastAttributedTouchData, getBranchQRCode, setDMAParamsForEEA, setConsumerProtectionAttributionLevel, setSDKWaitTimeForThirdPartyAPIs, setAnonID, setODMInfo), fix setRequestMetadata's signature (now requires key/val), and mark methods removed upstream (setDebug, userCompletedAction, loadRewards, redeemRewards, creditHistory, initSessionWithCallback) as @deprecated.
