Daniel Sogl 17226781b8 feat(onesignal): add OneSignal v5 user-centric API, deprecate removed v2 flat API
onesignal-cordova-plugin v5.0.0 replaced the flat OneSignal.* bridge (startInit,
sendTag, getIds, ...) with a namespaced, user-centric API exposed under
window.OneSignal (User, Notifications, Session, Location, InAppMessages, Debug,
LiveActivities). None of the old flat methods exist in the v5.5.2 bundle.
